Candidates should possess the following experience:
• Law degree (JD, LLB, LLM or equivalent) and admission to the Bar (or equivalent) in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• In-depth knowledge of and demonstrated professional leadership in investment arbitration, foreign investment law and public international law.
• Expert legal skills; demonstrated expertise in law and practice of investor-State dispute settlement (ISDS), preferably with recent hands-on experience in investment arbitration, and a record of publications and presentations in the field.
